What we collect
When you book an appointment or contact us, we collect the details you give us: your name, phone number, email address and anything you tell us about the treatment you are looking for. During treatment we also keep clinical records, as every licensed dental practice in the UAE is required to.
How we use it
Contact details are used to confirm and remind you about appointments, answer your questions and follow up after treatment. Clinical records are used to provide your dental care. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone outside the clinic except where the law requires it or your care depends on it, such as a referral you have agreed to.
Third-party services
Online bookings run through our booking provider, and the map on our contact page is served by Google Maps. Both receive only the information needed to do their job. Their own privacy policies apply to the data they process.
Cookies
This site keeps cookies to a minimum. Embedded services such as Google Maps and the booking widget may set their own cookies when you use them.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete contact details we no longer need. Clinical records are subject to statutory retention periods, so some records must be kept even after you stop being a patient.
